Sterling Road has become a heavily used street for through traffic, which I imagine will only become worse
with the additional density of new residences where Sterling Road will be one of the only routes to exit the neighbourhood.

This issue is concerning and impacts the community.  New residents do not live life in a silo. They will bring a full life with them of family and friends visiting from out of town, Amazon deliveries, food deliveries, Uber pick-ups, and drop-offs, in addition to Nestle employees coming and going for shift changes in cars.
